first get an icon for ur flash (u should make one yourself: 2 make one just get on ur flash and go to file, then click publish settings and in formats only have the GIF image settings on, then make the dimensions 46 X 46 by going 2 the properties at the bottom of the screen and click the button next to size and change it, then create an icon of ur choosing, maybe the face of a main character)
when ur submitting ur flash just click browse then look 4 ur image u saved on ur computer.
2 add sound just go to file, import to library or stage and just click and drag from the library or pick the frame u want it in before u import to stage.
its easy just get a keyframe of wat part of the movie u want it to play and add it there.
